Fulfillment of Your Order

On-Line Version: After you place your order, we’ll send an e-mail confirming your purchase. You can then log onto the site using your chosen User or Group ID.

Printed Version: We will ship A Path to Compliance with the HIPAA Security Rule within three days of receipt of an order. Books will be shipped UPS ground, with delivery in two to six days. You should expect delivery within two weeks of placement of your order. We’ll try to surprise you by getting it to you sooner than that.
