This project started simply enough as an effort to provide guidance about HIPAA compliance to a group of mental health organizations in New York State. A short jump down the rabbit hole and hundreds of hours later, it turned into this Compliance Guide. Thanks to the members of the Central New York Behavioral Health Consortium for their support of this effort.
